Sweet boat! How many hours are on the meter hanging under the dash? What's the terminal under the other side of the dash for?

No Low ball crazy offers! Well the standard jet offer is $50, take the danger of that metal sharp spinning thing into account---reasonable would be $25!  :screwy:

Is this thing 100% gelcoat, or has it been painted?
What the hell is pulling it?
What does it need (if anything)?
