Boat has been garaged and hasn't seen water in 25+ years
Hull is a 1979
I believe it was the first Placecraft to receive a HIN for recreational use as it is PCJ00011179 although it is a 2nd gen with shorter pod/pump extension
Was once or was going to be a Blown Gas Jet "Stainless Imco Side Tanks were added in 1983"
Not familiar with Placecrafts layup schedules so not sure if it’s a typical layup but the bottom is laid up pretty thick sides light to medium and the deck is light.
I would estimate it to be 400-450 lbs.
Perfect Lower River Racer
The motor was a Blown Injected Hemi built by Kuhl and supposedly Mickey Thompson had something to do with it.
Boat is Super Clean for it’s age!
I do not believe it's seen much sun as the gold anno is still pretty bright and the vinyl and wood on the original seats are both cherry
Original Gel in excellent Condition minus a couple nicks and some very short and light stress cracks in the gel on the pod/pump extension.
Original Seats are a 8.5 out of 10 and are the lightest wood seats that I've ever lifted
Has a Berkeley “ R” intake, Aquamet Hardened Shaft, Suction Housing, Loader, Ride Plate, Transom Cover, Manual Place Diverter Control, and Calgo Steering.
But NO Bowl, Impeller, or Nozzle.
Boat is Complete and fully rigged other than those parts and obviously no motor!
Boat is fully Wired, Stainless Fuel, Oil Pressure, Boost, NOS, and Water Lines Plumbed, All Cables Are There etc. etc. etc.
Hull is Capped and Graphics Carry out all through to the bottom
