This is kind of a feeler.
21' Ultra open bow 460 ford with a berkley pump.
I am thinking about downsizing a little bit and was just checking if someone might be interesed in a trade. My boat for a 18-19' jet boat of equal or lesser value + cash to make up the difference if need be. I really love this boat but I don't have a family and rarely have more than 1-4 people nor do I really like more than that. I don't think I really want to go through the trouble of selling it either lake season is rite around the corner and don't want to be left without a boat.
Some info:
Motor runs excellent. Has new melling HV oil pump from High flow engine dynamics (Lakes Only), Armandos custom oilpans 10qt pan, trickflow tall aluminum valve covers, weiand stealth intake manifold, holley 850 dp, hardin marine long bolt logs (gasket matched), mallory distributor, new starter. All done last summer. I have a new Clay Smith mechanical fuel pump ready to install after that the carb could use a little jetting.
Pump is a berkley split bowl set back from Ultra i'm assuming. Brand new mini droop and hydraulic place diverter both with 2 trips on them. Pump has a B impeller and rideplate.
Boat over all is in good condition. Full interior redone in 07. cd player, speakers, sub, amps all new last year, new windshields last year also. Gel coat I would say is an 8 out of 10 cleans up good still glossy. Last summer I had a custom boat cover done by Cover Me Customs in lake havasu it covers the entire boat including the pump and swim steps and goes all the way down to the trailer on the sides. All 4 tires are brand new replaced last summer as well as the brakes, wheel bearings, bearing buddys and hydraulic brake controller on the trailer, trailer bunks wood and carpet too.
Wow looking back on that I spent alot of damn $ last summer! Crap!
I GPS'd the boat at 54mph in august on lake mead. I think there is more in it with the new fuel pump and some jetting. It's a little rich currently and only seeing about 4psi from the fuel pump that's on it.
