I just blew the motor in the Southwind right before the Southwind regatta  and I'm already restoring a sleekcraft sst so I don't have the funds to build both. If it doesn't sell I'll hang on to it but I could use the cash.

I have the motor and we can negotiate that too but the motor is at a machine shop getting worked. it was a 454 bored 60 over and I am having it bored 100 over and stroked 4.25 so that makes it 50???? something if you are interested in that i'm sure we could work something out.     Disclamer: All final sales will be negotiated over a beer in person...

Well, I was gonna sell the boat less motor. I wanted to get a boat like a Southwind 18, or Bahner, or CP. My wife told me that is her boat, I can't sell it. She said that I will just have to own two. SCORE! I'm done paying child support in November....look out now! I have been rubbing nickels together trying to make a quarter my whole life.

The axles on the trailer are pretty far forward. Whenever I would pull out of a driveway, the back of the trailer would drag. One day, the trailer caught while dragging. The rear crossmember suffered broken welds and was twisted back. The roller wheels are there prevent the crossmember from catching. There also was welded in place, a kind of a "glider" strip between those rollers. I also put taller 15" wheels on the trailer. The trailer originally had 14" on it. This trailer used to drag on everything, even when I had the hitch level lowered in the front. Now the trailer functions perfectly and is hitched level.
