Title: Hawaiian
Post by: crewchief22 on December 30, 2014, 12:36:02 PM
A friend of mine is taking this in on trade for some work he has done and is thinking about just selling it to recover his costs.   I told him is see if there was any interest here before he lists it somewhere else.
From what we know it's a BBF 460 with a solid flat tappet cam, Weiand manifold, Bassett headers, Berkeley JC-A with a hydraulic Place Diverter.
$2500 obo.

I'm told he sucked a rock.  I didn't look to see about damage.

Unfortunately I didn't look at it too closely for rot or stringer damage.  It looks like it's been clear coated previously and is mostly pealed off.  The gel is just getting into the metal flake.  It is a full stringer hull that looks to be in pretty good shape but needing some love.  The upholstery is looking pretty rough.  We haven't run the engine yet.  It does have a big oil pan, the TT Bassett's have a 1993 date on them and look to be in really good condition.  I'd guess that it'll need a carb rebuild, new ignition wires and hoses to start.

If I had the space/extra cash I think I'd buy it just to blow it apart and sell the pieces.
