? anybody know any history about this boat told it is a horizon the pump cover says horizon thank you kevin

That is definitely a Horizon. I have never seen that cap before. Looks customized. Is there any evidence of fiberglass work done to the cap?

It's a race deck they took the side down so it alone catch air and try to fly at speed
