ya... thats why I bought it...My first car in hi school was a 73 SS.......this car rocks :thumbup: just i dont use it anymore.

My buddy had a 73 four door Malibu and that car rode so damn nice even off road. He lived out in the hills of Elsinore and he played Luke Duke everyday. His driving skills were incredible, he was a drifter b4 there were drifters. Good times in that car for sure. My 4 gear Plymouths were better to pick up the girls but his car was just on auto-pilot when you wanted to go fast up Ortega Hwy (not down) or on the fire roads. Stoopid kid stunts fo sho . . .

This is a factory small block " SS "..... :thumbup:..it dont need the big block...it came this way.
Yet i have the correct bbc for it. :thumbup:

Yeah I wouldn't think they would handle too good with the added weight of a big block combined with all the empty space in the back. Watch for a PM Dave

glasscutter... actually my first car was a 73' SS 454 in hi school...Only problem I had was grippimg the pavement.
I got the same prob. with this car....SBC or BBC...same frame, no issues. couple hundred pounds xtra weight..No Biggy!

Would probably tow a boat ok, but not practical for me.........'sides, would not be right to paint it like a cow....which seems to be a haunt on this site.
