Title: Berryessa?
Post by: Bullzybull on September 03, 2015, 12:00:47 AM
Hi all, I was thinking of checking out Lake Berryessa in Napa County. I know it's a little north for most of ya'll but I've heard some good things about it. I've never been and it's close to my house. Has anyone been there recently and can clue me in on the better launch to go out of. Also water conditions/level and best spots to beach if there are any? Any info on the place would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I live below the lake in the little town of winters . there are several different places to launch depending on what you want to do . If you want to hang out and float you will want to trek to spanish flats and drop in there > then you can take a nice little ride north up to the bridges at the north end . I like dropping in at markly cove and cruising around the south end ,just cause it is so close . water is beautiful and still lots of it .
