how do you change the oil on a 12je i went to top it off and it was milk is that the norm or is that just f up

sounds like water got past the seal, pull bowl put new seal

what seal is that? what do i ask for? is it better to just rebuild it this point? ................i know  just  new to this stuff.. thank god for this web site

its hard to splain, once you take the bowl off and look you will see the seal. tom at jet boat performance or jim at cyclone speed and marine can and will walk you through it.

 #12  is the bowl gasket

#10 is the seal that's leaking

#8  is the bushings inside the seal 

I agree with the above post.  Tom was a big help getting me started too.
