Will I broke two valves getting them out. They look rough probably would have to replace them. I was thinking of just replacing the heads instead of doing a shitload of work. I haven't taken them to a machine shop yet to see how much it would be to get them cleaned up. What type of heads can I use?

I got a set of ka marine heads ill let go 4 200 bucks they are the best factory heads 4 the 455 and they are complete
