Title: 460 Cam

So installing a rebuilt 460 into my Boat.  It is built to 1969 stock specs.  I believe these blocks had a 10:1 ratio.  Need help determining what Cam to use.  The engine is basically stock except for a high rise tunnel ram with a holley 750 and comp cam valve springs.  The exhaust is the basic hardin thru transom logs.  The boat is rather heavy its a 23ft closed bow with a Jaccuzzi Jet with a B impeller.  Just going to be using it for pleasure, like to ski with it, just want to get best performance possilbe.  Any suggestions or experience on which cam would be well suited would be helpful.

I prefer Clay Smith cams in Fullerton...ask 4 Goerge
                    or
Iskenderian Cams.             

Something in hyd.    dual pattern,     .550 lift/  278 dur. adv. /  112 l/c should do it.  (Give or take)

all depends on your heads capabilities....and piston/valve  clear. :sly:
