Need some assistance on my fuel gauge and fuel electrical..... I have dual 20 gallon tanks and the gauge is always showing pegged full...where do I start To make the gauge read correctly???

Me and electrical stuff mix together about as well water in the oil... I hate electrical crap.... I can fix it but trying to figure it out is my nemesis
