Title: 460 oil type
Post by: nwolt01 on April 02, 2017, 03:49:39 PM
This has probably been answered before.  What type of oil should I run in a stock marine 460.  21ft open bow.

That was a joke.. I run that in my street bike, way to expensive for a 4-5k rpm engine. I would run a 10-30 valvoline semi syn. That's my plan once my 460 has enough hours on it for its first oil change. Only at 9 since the rebuild.
