I just started to work on my pop's project boat,and notice the fuel tanks had water and some rust in them after sitting for about 4 years,whats the best way to get the rust out,I was thinking hot tank them at the radiator shop,or any info were to buy new ones these tanks mite be shot out full of rust.

if they are steel tanks i have always used muratic (sp?) acid in them. you can get the stuff at a pool cleaning place.
