Guys, Im sure its on this forum some where, but Im coming up with nothing on searches. Im getting ready to plumb the cooling for the engine
engine, 501 BBF, WJ jacuzzi built by Jet boat performance.
Going to run dry headers, have a pressure relief valve from pump, no thermostat, plan on running thru hull fittings/ dumps on exit water. my question(s) what is the best way to plumb this set up, or if you have a better suggestion let me know.
Im running dry headers cuz patched and gel coated over old transom exhaust holes. and I believe my cam is border line for water reversion.
Thanks, look forward to responces.

I have a 545" ford, I drilled out the lower block drain holes to 3/8 npt and feed water into each side from a tee coming off the pump. I drilled and tapped the fittings in the lower inlet ports and ran a -4 equalizer hose up the the holes at the water pump plate and then blocked off the thermostat hole and water exits from the front of the intake manifold.
