I don't have any suggestions in your area but I'd try Fontana Radiator www.fontanaradiator.net (http://www.fontanaradiator.net).   I know they can build/rebuild aluminum motorcycle radiators and I've had good luck with their truck/motorhome radiator services.

Try http://www.fluidyne.com

I'm not familiar with your intercooler, but I know that Fluidyne offers various cores.  Maybe you could make one work.
