Okay you guys I have maybe 5 6 hours on my motor only they pulled nine passes on the dyno before I ran it she runs great but I hear that you guys run your valves a lot I don't know how hook it up teach me how or any of you vega boys want to come by and show me how to run my valves what's up

Hydraulic or solid cam?

Hydraulic
-
Scorpion roller rockers

Hydraulic should not require you to adjust them often. I would say once a season would be good. I adjust my solids every other trip. I think most guys adjust hydraulic by tighten till they stop chattering and the a half turn.

So 5 hours dont mess with em

Unless you have excessive valve noise I wouldn't worry about adjusting them

X2 Hydraulic lifters don't move that much. Solids do though. I run my valves every night at the races just to make sure. I use EOIC Exaust Opening Intake Closing to adjust lash.
Here's a good video on YouTube that explains it. http://youtu.be/3gMYWLMAzao
