Title: Another cooling question
Post by: The Chaz on June 02, 2008, 05:32:55 PM: As I prepare to switch to OT headers I was thinking about installing a pressure relief valve. Is this an issue w/headers? Seems like it would disrupt the t-valve function.

Post by: gregb on June 02, 2008, 05:46:03 PM: Didn't have any effect on mine, if anything it's working better because it's not flooding the headers when the valve opens. I think those header valves are set to open at something like 8-12 psi.

Yes they are cool. Just have to run full un-bypassed water to them which takes a little more plumbing.
