Anyone have any tips as i am going to fire a BBC that hasnt been fired in about 2 years very clean inside and has been hand turned over every week or so, thanks in advance

Other than making sure everything is set right bolts torqued to the proper specs fuel oil etc
I would prime the oil system real good then hit the key and listen to it roar...

Marvels down every spark plug hole and hand crank for 5-10 rotations.
New oil & filter.
If you have points then clean them in case they oxidized during their long sleep.
Fresh gas.
This worked well for me after a 10 year sleep.
If I had to do it again I would:
Run the oil pump with an electric drill down the dizzy pipe b4 cranking with the starter.
