I am looking for some help, after being a long time reader of the site I finally have a need to post.

I recently had a Super Sniper EFI unit malfunction and flood my engine bending a rear exhaust valve.

The valve bent about halfway up slightly and didn't contact the piston visibly. I need help identifying the part numbers for a new exhaust  valve, retainer, keeper, and what I will call a shroud. I called the local engine machine shop and other then bring it by and we will try but I know we wont have any keepers but should have a valve I haven't had much luck.

The valve number on the face of the valve is 14081040. The head casting number is 10114156 and the valve retainer has roman numerals IV on them. This is a Gen 6 Block all factory build, minus a 671 and the super sniper.

The valve number shows out of production with GM but im sure that an aftermarket company makes these for factory replacements right? Can anyone help with something my Autozone, Oreillys, or Napa can get for me?
