Title: BBC dist. dual points conversion

1988 jet boat with 454 dual points distributor, would like to convert to pointless aka pertronix
I'm sure within this mad group of boaters someone has done this conversion.
would appreciate any intel on this.

i have not used pertronics per say but have used one of the others. for the money and time don’t bother. go buy an hei distributor. wether it be a factory one or an after market one. the hei is one of the best distributors made hands down to about 5000 rpms. and there not expensive. about 75 80 bucks. at oreillys.
