I've figure out (with casting numbers) that my 454 is a factory high performance passenger car block from 1971. The heads are 1969/1970 427 open chamber, oval port, 101cc heads. The numbers stamped on the left front of the block tell what car they came out of, does anyone know how to disipher those numbers?
