Has anyone ever ordered from Berk directly?? I've had a problems and a ghost charge of a few hundred dollars. I didn't think berk was the type of company to screw people over. has anyone ever had the same problem?

I have been dealing with them for a stupid long time and never even heard of an issue.

Hit them with an email with your phone number and what's  going on.

If they don't respond, hit me with a pm.

I've ordered from them two times, no problems except they are slow AF
