Title: Bilge pump wiring

Just need some input my bilge pump is wired to only work when key is on I have a electric fuel pump so when parked on the beach I have to turn key on to use bilge pump tried hooking it up to hot wire on ignition and fuel pump kicked on help please

Neverending figured it out who ever wired it has wires for fuel gauge and pump conceded to switch for bilge pump pulled those off and bilge works no key on and everything  else works fine

I hard wired a float into my bilge an used the ground wire wired to switch on dash to override float. I put a 10amp fuse on the positive.
