What would cause this i wasnt turnin high rpm or anything it just let go?

Could be a million and one things, or some combination of any or many of them. I'm not an expert, but I'd suspect a rod bearing failure first and foremost. Sounds like you might have a LOT of engine work ahead of you no matter what it was.....

Ya i am havin the crank turned hopfully and new rods and cp pistons while im there new main cam and rod bearings and a oil ristrictor kit and 10 qt pan if the block aint trash
-
What pistons? Normally cast or hyper T pistons dislike added cylinder clearance...Funky rod ratio's put a lot of strain on the skirts also...A very little done trick is to bevel the bottom edge of the cylinder when the machining is done on the block, this helps get rid of sharp contact points on the bottom of the piston, normally not an issue unless grossly over bored or ridiculous RPM...
Sorry for the troubles..

Could simply be fatigue...if it is a tired engine.
Or what GT said.
