Title: Broken Holley
Post by: Horizonjet on May 18, 2014, 02:36:18 PM: I rebuilt my holley carb and was installing a plate that holds the throttle cable and when I tightened down carb I broke off the tab on the base plate :( I don't know if this can be welded back or see if I can find a base for a 3310.... I wanted to go to the lake but now I can't....what to do, what to do......

I have a parts carb that has a good base plate and all associated parts.

$50 plus shipping

Also, make sure your manifold and sealing surfaces are straight... That break looks like it happened from not being flush against the backing surface

I think some of it was quadrajet intake, gasket, spacer/adaptor, gasket, plate for cable mount, and gasket. Then me not tightening even. How much shipping rushinEliminator?
