Hey. Just purchased a 1996 Carrera. Got a highly detailed engine build sheet from a Hans Jakob of Precision Custom Engines out of Ontario Cal.
Anyone hear of them, any work done by them? Just curious about it. Thank you.
P.S. I should paid more attention in H.S. math class to fully understand the "build sheet" but my head was up my behind about my '65 Dodge Coronet 2-door post in the parking lot......chitt. LOL.

I have known Hans for a very long time. since i was a little kid. He worked with my father at Mark Christopher Chevrolet in Ontario. He knows his $hit.
Anything built by him will make good power and be very reliable. He races/built a nostalgic Front Engine dragster. He has a jet boat with a mild 496 that runs very very well. And a chevelle that is super clean and runs well.
Hes on the forum but doesnt come by much. Ill see if i can get him on here

I bought some boat cradles to set your boat on while your working on your trailer from him. He seemed real knowledgable about engines.

Thanks guys for your input, much appreciated.
I feel "special" knowing that I got his engine in my float.
I'm taking her up Monday to see how she runs, keep you posted. Again thanks!

If it's what he's been building should be a solid 500-550hp

Try G&H in Ontario near the air port. That have both flex and rigid pipe.

Been looking for something, stamp, or name. It's a Summit gauge w/ Aeroquip fittings. Best I can do. (http://)

I'm pretty sure it's custom made

Look on Good Vibrations Motorsports. Stainless Steel carb plumbing can be found in the supercharging section.

Yeah, that’s the engine I built for Scott a few years back, and installed it here at the house for him. I also have many more assembly pictures of that engine build if interested. If you have any questions just PM me on here, plus there are others on this forum that know me and have my contact info.
