Hey guys,,,so this carb is a edelbrock 1404 or 07 ,,,pic shows a hole in the back threaded on the inside..should this be plugged? Seems to me it would be sucking air..probably why i cant get it adjusted correctly? hey general lee this is that carb i picked up in bay area u found or me..lol

Plug it or if you have valve cover pcv breathers hook em up there. Its a vacuum leak and it'll make you idle like crap and lean as hell if you're driving it like that.

Oh yea thanks...i just started it and plugged it with my finger and that shiznit sucks like a mofo...

What I do is buy a case of some decent wine and make the rounds "before" I do obnoxious shit.
best $75 you'll ever spend.
It seems to pay in the end.

Here, I have several retired folks and a couple of real asshats... I live in a super quiet cul-de-sac near an elementary school.

All sound like great ideas only dont like salt water all though i do work in it...i to live in a cul de sac...talked to one of my neighbors this afternoon and he said " fuk it wake them up " so i waited till noon then let her rip...i kno everyone and there cool...it was just me being tooooo thoughtful Hahhaha
