Title: CARB TUNING?

SO...when hooking up a vacuum gauge to port on carb to adjust the idle mixture screws @ "most possible vacuum side to side" is it under a load like in the water  or just running on the trailer?

I did mine on the trailer

On the trailer will get you close, but if you can do it while idling around the lake  :thumbup:

And do it after it warms up and check ur timming initial & total
