Aw shit here we go! Glad you like it. The one I just finished yesterday is at the polisher right now! ;D should have it back in a few days :thumbup: I hit it on my polisher to see what it would do. too much work

Polishing raw stainless is a pain in the ass! That's why it's going to the polisher! ;D

No not into production yet! I would have to buy some pricy equipment in order to do that and have them all come out right. These are all bent by hand and just a one off peice. This is just the kind of stuff that goes on in my head and that I like to do. I like to make custom stuff and be different.
Just wait till I get a motor stuck in my boat and start going to town fabbing up my headers! They will look trick!

On a more serious note, can you make up something in you're brain for a lil low rise single carb classic, original, boat that makes sense? (The Hilborn style on the Pickle just isn't doin it for me on that boat)

I have a little bit of grinding to do on mine before I get it polished. But when I do get it done I will post pics for sure.

Inside of the scoop opening there is a 1/8 in lip where you welded the pieces togeather that I think will create to much turbulence , so I am gonna go in with a die grinder and smooth it all out.

Ok Yeah I did leave a little too much material in there. The one I just made I did the template a little different so the lip inside is just about flush. Learn as I go!

I still need to get the jig and the plates from harold. I dont have the pattern for them at this time

Im going to look into having a bunch of the plates either laser cut or waterjet cut so I can start producing these Bad Boys! :thumbup:
There will be too different styles. One that looks like the one above. The other with the side fins moved forward more for a more agressive load on the pump.
