ok so i got all the plumbing correct but the intermediate pipes water jacket has me a little confused. it is a 3 1/2 inch pipe inside a 4 inch pipe that makes the water jacket. one side is sealed and the other is only half way welded up. but the area where it looks like the water should leave the water jacket and exit the boat does not look like it is large enough to keep up with the ammount of water that is going to be leaving the engine.

i will post some pics at lunch. it is hard to explain.

i am wonder ifi should open up this passage way for the water or leave it how it is...
