Title: Cost for standard 454 rebuild - Newbie with questions

Looking to do a proper rebuild on my 79 Sleekcraft 454. How much am I looking at for a standard rebuild? Nothing fancy but soild work...any shop referrals? I'm located 20 miles east of Downtown LA in the SGV area. Thanks guys...
