I have a hairline crack in my Harman Exhaust logs on the bottom . A little water drips from it , nothing to serious yet , was wondering Could i have some heli-arc a bead over it .... I pressure checked the inside and no cracks inside . How thick is it till the water jacket ?Thanks

I didnt properly drain my logs on my old flat last season and one cracked from the cold. Had a local guy TIG em up for me and never had any problems. Just makes em a little ugly if you can see the repair.

no its under them..... it took me to get under the motor while it was running to find my leak lol

you might get a little warping dependin how how long the crack is, a trip to the machineshop will easily fix that

What engine you got? might have a set of replacements here, you pay the ride.
JUst don't let it happen again....... >:D
