Go with west epoxy. It is marine grade.

Mine was stiff when working it back and forth on the trailer.
Once I got it on the water and under power, it was amazing!

Go do a YT vid search for glass install. I have used resin/hardener/glass from Home D... works just fine. Make sure you prep those areas right. The mystery oil...I add some to every tank full of gas(or auto trans fluid if out of mystery) and at the end of each season I pull carb off and feed it thru as well pull all plugs and give each cylinder a couple squirts. I have a carter rotary 6psi electric 1/4 npt and water fuel sep if your interested...send pm. This is safe for enclosed or not as it doesn't vent. If you have an enclosed engine bay you need a marine pump to run the vent up to carb. Almost all pumps vent and the marine style have a vent tube on.

Put some ATF in the cylinders over night.
ATF has a lot of detergents and usual will free it up
