Title: Custom exhaust, who can make this?

I previously posted my exhaust dilemma. Now, I need someone who can fix it. This is a top view of what my issue is.

This is what I need made. I have the reducers already. I'm in Ontario. I need it done real soon. Who can do this?

Although it looks like a side view,  it is a top view. My drawing skills are as bad as my stainless fabbing skills.

You probably already know this, but Imco should be able to help you out. Probably will be pricy though.

how far to the side does it need to move? need it to be done with straight tube or bent? stainless?

A really good custom exhaust/ fabrication shop should be able to help you out. Most good shops make up stainless exhaust systems these days. Also make sure your fabricator is going to tig weld & not mig.

Depending on the amount of distance you have between your logs & the transom, you could be able to use pre bent ss tubing welded to a couple straight sections to get it done.
Having your boat on site for fitment would be the ideal situation. If you can't do that, use your drawing skills (which honestly are not bad) to carefully draw a schematic of what you want and present that to your fabricator.  Make sure you include dimensions and degree of the angle of your bend as well as overall dims of the space you have to work with one each side (left and right will be different)
Make sure your fabricator (if not a marine type shop) knows this is a water tight situation.
Be certain that your design has a constant downward slope from the log to the transom.
Lastly, make sure that you leave room in your layout for short exhaust hose sections on each end to tie it all together.
Don't know if this will help you out at all, JMO.

Thanks guys. Found a guy in Fontana. Picking it up today. I will post pics later... and IMCO is too pricey for me, but I'm sure it would look great.

Those turned out awesome! What shop made them? You should polish them out to match the manifolds and risers.

USA metals in Lake Elsinore would polish those up for like $30.
