Title: Damn WATTS Valve button fell out
Post by: TJS Nordic on May 04, 2008, 04:17:59 PM
I do not have any pics yet. I am running a WATTS valve with and I am making another mount for my strainer set up so I took apart the water inlet system. I took it all apart and the little button/pointed brass thing in the WATTS valve fell out. I tried putting it back in but it will not stay. It is hard to explain, but it looks like it makes the seal at the bottom of the assembly and attaches to the spring. I will post a pic tomorrow. I can't remeber where I got this valve. There is maybe one full hour of run time on it too.  I guess I need to get another one.

This is the one I had in 3/4NPT.

is there a Tractor Supply Co near you? they sell 'em. If not any plumbing supply house will have them.
