Title: Dart intake throttle bracket help

Guys,

I need help finding a throttle bracket that will attach to my dart intake manifold.  I have 2 quick fuel carbs that are side mounted as you can see in the pictures below.  I might have to fabricate something if there isn't anything out there that works.  The connection point is much lower than the carbs so a carb mount isn't an option.  Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I see you have one of barry's engines, he doesn't know of any way to set it up?

I have the same style linkage just a different intake and someone fabed up a nice bracket that bolts to the front of the intake, off of the first two intake bolts along the valve cover rail if that makes sense. I wish I had a pic of it. All the ones I have seen have been custom.   Nice looking engine by the way. What are the specs?

Yeah I talked to Barry today and he mentioned I may have to fab something up.  I've never done that and I want it to look kick ass..   I'll get the specs and post them :) It's a Merlin 632 block with Brodix heads.  Was hoping something was already out there.

I have also seen guys run the cable between the carbs, i do have a couple of pics of that way to give you another option

JMS,

thanks for your reply.  Barry mentioned the side cable option, but I personally don't like the look.  Was really hoping for a mount on the front of the intake that goes straight back instead of the side mount.  Just a personal preference I guess..

No problem, i don't like the cable sticking out sideways that way ether
