Can someone tell me what diodes are used in the place diverter steering mounted switch? And how they are connected up? I'm working on a new steering wheel switching system and need to know this info so I can build in a circuit board with these parts. Thanks in advance.

Memory is a wee bit fuzzy, but the diodes are to separate the solenoids from the motor relay, it is a cheat way to get "two to do one".
The way the Bennett pumps work is a solenoid opens when the motor runs and closes when the motor is off, there is an up and a down solenoid, but only one motor which reverses polarity, that is where the diodes come in, I have a diagram on my other 'puter, will get it fired up here soon...

Thanks GT. I'll keep watching. I'll be firing up my small CNC machine to make the switch housings and a small circuit board in each switch housing to hold the diodes. Any idea what diodes I would need?
