Not going to happen.
You will need to fabricate that part.

This topic is about a month old, but I feel I can contribute. Those are just standard AN/JIC fittings, any Big automotive warehouse carries them also (summit/speedway/jegs)
The nut should say if its a 4/5/6 an, I cant tell you that, but I can link speedway. You will need a flaring tool though that can flare 37*. They say they are for aluminum, but they work for steel line.
