Question for you guys, is an "H" bar drive line balanced when new? The reason I ask is that I had my u joints replaced and since then I have had a vibration when getting into the throttle and on plane. I have changed the alignment on my motor several times and I still have the vibration. Pump is good as I already rebuilt. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thx.

To answer your question straight up, yes, it's normally going to be balanced pretty well right out of the box.
Besides that, it would have to be off a few grams to be noticeably out of balance. Which would be fairly tough to do.

If the driveline is assembled differently - "out of phase" than it was balanced it will vibrate. Check out this video on driveline vibrations:
