Ok I made a visit to the dyno guy last week and he has a moroso elect. water pump. He let me take it home and trial fit it to my engine. It will not fit my engine because the blower drive set up is in really tight to the block. I wanted it this way when I ordered the blower from Dyers as I have no room behind the seat. See build up. Anyway, I might make the Moroso pump a remote one.
Here is how I will attempt it:
I have Rex marine water pump inlet adapters that I am going to bolt to the Moroso water pump. Then from there I am going to use my home made block adapter and then run -12 to the block to the water cross over system I have.
Here is what I am going to use in conjunction with the block adapter on the Moroso elect. water pump. I just have to TIG a -12 AN male outlet.

What do you guys think.

I can't see any reason it wouldn't work, especially with your skill.

I am going to give it a shot. I will post my results maybe tomorrow night.

Ok guys. I think this is going to work. This is the mock up. Got to pressure test and final assembly.

This is one of my favorite machines in my shop. Miller Dynasty 300DX TIG machine w/water cooling.

Helped a local buddy take apart two pumps today. One nut had to be plasma cut off :banghead:, the other was cake. After that I really could not begin on anything new so I wanted to see if I could pressure test this thing. Well, after messing around with -12 fittings I had to cobble one up to fit my pressure testing jig which is just a truck valve some hex stock and a guage. I wanted to keep the thread the same coming out of the jig (1/4NPT) cause I have a -10AN adapter too. So I welded the NPT female fitting to a -12AN female. Dinner time ;D, tomorrrow is another day for actually pressure testing.
