What is the exact application and how have you determined that you need one?

No matter what I do with water temp the oil is at 230 to 270f. The motor will get freshed up before spring.

Most of those packages the pump came stock with a A2/AA impeller.  So unless it is a race engine I would not worry about it. Ralph and I both have run many heats without an oil cooler. But I would make sure I had a good oil pan and a high quality oil pump.

Plumbing is key on these boats. There are alot of ways to do it and only a few that are good. So to help us help you we will need a complete run down of what you got. A few pictures will help as well.
