Title: Electrical issues

I recently bought a Davis unified ignition distributor and put it on my 454 big block Chevy. Anytime I revved the engine the breaker would trip. The old breaker that is on the terminal block currently is old and rusted. I want to replace it but the numbers on a new breaker don't match the old numbers.  The D.C. Voltage is lower on a higher amp breaker.  They don't make a 35amp so I went with a 40amp. Here's the comparison:

Old breaker:
35amp
250VAC
50VDC

New breaker:
40amp
125/250VAC
32VDC

As you can see the second breaker is different. It's 32 V DC going to be an issue? Is there a place where I can buy different breakers? This whole thing has me super confused and I'm not really sure what to do. Any of you electrician guys, please help me! Ahhh!

The amp is the only thing to worry about this breaker will work fine

Amperage is what you should be concerned with. 35 to 40 is not a huge jump. I think even up to 50 amps is what many guys run
