Downloaded a couple GPS apps. One read 61 mph. The other 60 at the lake this past weekend.
Pitot tube speedo reads approx 4-5 mph slower.
Just how accurate are the apps???

the gps app i used in my boat said i was doing 70 mph i tested it on the way home in my truck and it was 2 mph off my speedo not to bad. Well i guss i had a 68mph boat.
