Small electric 12v oil pump mounted on a 5 gal bucket, you can slide the tube inside the dipstick or I have other fittings to adapt it depending on the boat. Works like a champ! Pump was $20 at northern tool

I also made a tube that goes to the bottom of the bucket with a 45* cut in it so that I can flip the pump around and pump the oil back out of the bucket by just swapping the hoses on the pump in/out.

I use an oil pump primer and pump the oil out the remote oil filter hose.

Take about 45 seconds to get 10 quarts out.

Since the engine does not rotate, it takes very little time to drop the distributor back in and time it.

I also have a 12v bucket pump and a vacuum tank. The above method is ten times faster.

I used to change the engine oil in the race boat in 20 minutes flat and it held 15 quarts.

Sounds like you get the job done fast.  My wife tells me the same thing a few times a month.

Use to be a few times a day.  4 times once.  Seems so long ago then the kids happened and well now I have more time to discuss oil changes and gate valves OR no gate valves :P

Hahaha. ..

Yeah, unfortunately I know where you are coming from. My daughter is 21 years old today.
:-\

Where does the time go?

Three times in a day would likely kill me now.
