Where do I get 4 in exhaust hose.? Does it need to have the wire?

Any good auto parts store should have it. By the way it should have a green strip on it also. And yes it should have the wire in it, it's to keep it from,collapsing.

I found it I have 2 pieces forgot to get the measurements. I'll get them today. I want to say they are about a 1 1/2 to 2 feet long
