Looking for flame arrestors for twin 750 demons. Any recommendations??

I've been looking at K&N's.

Can anyone tell me if these would satisfy the flame arrestor requirement??

Nope.
Flame arrestors have the USCG stamp and ID numbers right on them in plain view. They are restrictive, compared to air cleaners and certainly more so than that velocity stack you posted.
There isn't much you can do and meet the requirement. This is a pretty good view of the approved assortment you have to choose from, but can buy anywhere.

i run a K&N "flame arrestor" inside of my scoop with it pointed backwards and so far no troubles.

Well, took the Ultra on its maiden voiage yesterday. Ran like s with the flame arrestors. Put the velocity stacks back on and all was well. Can't believe what a difference. F/A's don't seem like they'd be that restrictive. If I bought a scoop, would that help??
