Ok last time out i burned a plug wire.

I have msd ignition and headers.

Currently have for racing wires and they are a hair short to run very clean and away from headers.
Does any one have any pics of their set up or the way they have them routed?
im fixin to order some i just want to see my options.

I use Taylor vertical wire looms part #42502 they bolt on to the valve covers right above the exhaust which allows the spark plug wires to stay clear of the headers and I use Taylor wires with the 135 degree spark plug boot I will send pictures later ,

I use MSD Universal wires with straight boots: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/msd-31193

I also use these little Kevlar spark plug boot connector protectors: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-350119

I dont cut them short at all, I leave them long so they drop freely from the headers, except #1 as you can see its clear.

I run my headers 100% dry and have no issues burning plug wires

I've always run mine underneath, Corvette style, like Brads, but with angle boots so the wires are clear away from the headers.

I always buy the cut to fit kit, that way you can route them how you want and don't have to fight with a couple too long and a couple too short.

Although i havnt test fit my headers
