Alright well I have been battling this for a little while now I have 2 saddle tanks with no vent line that go into a fuel water separator to my mechanical pump I was having an issue with fuel transferring from one tank to the other and overflowing onto my paint I put new fuel fills in that have vents in the caps and check valves and didn’t have a issue till today while working on the boat had lunch and came back and heard bubbling so I turned the ball valves off and cleaned up the fuel/paint but I’m at my whits end with all this fuel going onto my deck I want to reprint it this winter but don’t want to do that till I figure out what’s wrong

I'm assuming you tanks are full? With the heat, fuel will expand.
Does it leak from both sides?

From what I could tell my tank was 3/4 full so I need a bigger vent hole out of my caps
