Title: Fuel return line

Ok, next problem. For the turbo application, I am running a walbro in-line fuel pump and an Aeromotive return-style regulator. I have 2 11 gallon saddle tanks. Any ideas on how to run the fuel return back to the tanks? I want to be able to switch from one tank to another so I don't lean out if one sucks dry before the other and once one runs dry, I know that its time to turn around and go back. Any ideas would be great.

can you tee it into the supply line just before the fuel pump?

Dump into your fuel seperator. It will suck the return fuel before fuel from whatever tank is selected as it'll always suck from the easiest source.

Like was already said.

I would make a small fuel log either before or after the fuel filter that holds about 12 or so ounces to keep the fuel from aerating and prevent vapor lock.

Mount the log a low in the bilge area as you can away from engine heat, this will ensure it stays full of fuel and does not overheat.. Those electric pumps use the fuel flow to keep cool..
